The Datamax E-Class family is a lightweight, space-saving line of thermal printers designed with

leading edge technology for a multitude of label and tag printing applications.

These printers are engineered for small size but packed with big features including an advanced 32-bit

multi-tasking processor with two megabytes of memory, serial, parallel, and USB communication

interfaces, and a three-button control panel. In addition, a full complement of industry standard linear

bar codes as well as the complex two-dimensional symbologies such as MicroPDF417, Datamatrix,

Maxicode, Aztec, and TLC39 are resident in the printer's memory.

With all this power loaded into such a small footprint, the E-Class family is the printer choice for

a wide variety of low to medium volume labeling applications ranging from the needs of those in an

office or research facility to those of a shipping or transportation center. And depending upon the model

you choose, a four-inch per second print speed, a 300 dot per inch print resolution, plus the ability to

accommodate a five inch roll of media can provide added versatility for all of your applications.

All E-Class printers share an assortment of options including a cutter, a label present sensor, and an

assortment of international character font sets. Also, connectivity is never an issue because the EClass

printer can be easily networked with the Datamax DMX-100 Ethernet print server.

When it comes to big performance in a small package, there is just one choice - the E-Class family of

printers. They are the most affordable entry-level printing solution available in the marketplace today.
